Cancellation Policy

At A’s Skin Co, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 20% of the service total and may require a deposit to book future appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
